Musicians' Repair & Sales Return Policy
Here at Musicians' Repair & Sales we strive to provide a quality product and to guide our customers to the right item, the first time. All sales are officially considered final; however, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please feel free to review our "Return Policy" below.
Printed Music: Per the intellectual property copy write laws all sales are final on printed and recorded music without any exceptions.
General Accessories: General accessories, with the exception of anything that's been in contact with your mouth, ears, etc will be returnable as long as it's in original condition with the original packaging within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping), within 60 days for an in-store credit (less shipping).
Serialized Inventory: All serialized sales are sold on "band director approval". This means that we are proud of our products and the brands that we sell. We only sell the best and are sure that you'll be satisfied. This policy gives the student and parent a piece of mind that the band director will approve of the quality of the instrument. In the event that you or the director are not satisfied you may return the instrument as long as it's in original condition with the original packaging within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping).
Exceptions?
There are few exceptions to these policies as they've been outlined, but please keep in mind that we are Indy's oldest music store and are in business to serve you, the customer.
